These terms of use apply to the mobile application Listan 2027 and related services provided by maca Development.
By installing, registering, or using Listan 2027, you accept these terms. If you do not accept the terms, you should not use the app.
1. The Service
Listan 2027 is a digital shopping and household app that can be used for, among other things:
- create and manage shopping lists
- share lists with other users
- organize items and categories
- manage stores and route order
- save and manage previous purchases
- use recipe and ingredient features
- scan and interpret receipts
- use OCR features
- manage multiple households where the feature is supported
- use other features that may be added in future versions.
The service’s features may change, be supplemented, or be removed over time.
2. User Account and Apple ID
Some features may require you to sign in with Apple ID or use Apple’s services for authentication and synchronization.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you use in connection with your account is accurate and that you do not use anyone else’s account or information without permission.
3. Households and Shared Lists
Listan 2027 may contain features that enable you to share information with other users.
The user who creates or administers a household is responsible for which persons are granted access to the household’s information.
Information shared with other users may become visible to the persons who have access to the same household or list.
4. Use of the App
Listan 2027 may only be used for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm the service, other users, or third parties.
You may not:
- attempt to bypass the app’s security features
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ information
- use the app for illegal activities
- manipulate or interfere with the service
- use automated methods to place undue load on the service
- attempt to copy, modify, or distribute the app other than as expressly permitted by law.
5. Content You Create
You retain the rights to the content you yourself enter into Listan 2027, such as shopping lists, recipes, custom categories, store information, and photographs of receipts.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the material you enter into the app.
By using features that require storage or synchronization, you grant maca Development the limited technical right necessary to store, synchronize, and display the information so that the service functions.
6. Receipts and OCR
Listan 2027 may include features that analyze photographs or documents, such as receipts.
OCR results and other automatically identified information may contain errors.
You are solely responsible for checking the information before using it for, for example, financial reporting, accounting, reimbursements, or other financial handling.
Listan 2027 should not be regarded as an accounting, bookkeeping, or financial system.
7. Accuracy of Information
Listan 2027 is a tool for planning and managing purchases.
Information automatically created or identified by the app may be incorrect or incomplete.
You are responsible for checking information that is important to your purchases or finances.
maca Development is not responsible for errors caused by, for example, incorrect OCR results, incorrect user input, or information from external services.
8. Availability
maca Development strives to ensure that Listan 2027 is available and functions on intended Apple devices and operating systems.
However, we cannot guarantee that the app will always be available or function without interruption.
Temporary interruptions may be due, among other things, to technical problems, maintenance, updates, issues with Apple or other external service providers, and internet connectivity.
9. iCloud and External Services
Some features in Listan 2027 may use Apple iCloud or other external services.
These services are provided by the respective provider and may be subject to their own terms.
maca Development is not responsible for interruptions or changes in external services beyond our control.
10. Payment Features and Listan 2027+
Listan 2027 may include free features as well as features that require payment, subscription, or one-time purchase.
If payment features are offered, payment is made via Apple’s App Store and is also subject to Apple’s terms.
Prices, subscription periods, and which features are included are shown in the App Store before a purchase is completed.
An active subscription may renew automatically if it is not canceled according to Apple’s subscription rules.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple’s rules and terms for App Store purchases.
11. Changes to the Service
maca Development may develop, change, limit, or remove features in Listan 2027.
We may also release new versions of the app that involve changes to features, design, technical requirements, or compatibility.
12. Changes to the Terms
These terms may be updated when the service is developed or when required due to legislation or other changes.
The latest version is available at:

If a change is material, information about the change will be provided in an appropriate manner.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
Listan 2027, including the app’s software, design, graphics, trademarks, texts, and other material provided by maca Development, belongs to maca Development or its licensors.
You may use the app in accordance with these terms and Apple’s rules for the App Store.
No other rights to the app’s software or material are transferred to you.
14. Limitation of Liability
Listan 2027 is provided as a digital tool for planning and managing purchases.
maca Development is not responsible for:
- financial damage arising from incorrect lists or information
- incorrect OCR results
- lost or incorrectly synchronized information due to external services
- interruptions in iCloud or other external services
- problems caused by the user’s device, operating system, or internet connection
- indirect damages or consequential damages to the extent such limitation is permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that may not be limited under mandatory law.
15. Termination and Cessation of Use
You may stop using Listan 2027 and uninstall the app at any time.
If your account or your data can be deleted via the app or related services, you may use those features to request or carry out deletion.
maca Development may restrict or terminate access to the service if a user violates these terms or uses the service in a way that may harm the service or other users.
16. Consumer Rights
If you use Listan 2027 as a consumer, these terms do not affect your rights under mandatory Swedish consumer law.
If any provision of these terms conflicts with mandatory law, that provision shall apply only to the extent permitted by law.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through dialogue, the dispute shall be handled by a competent court under Swedish law, taking into account the rights consumers have under mandatory legislation.
